Pensacola Neighborhoods: Myrtle Grove Has A Lot To Offer In Value

This is one in a series of articles on the Myrtle Grove neighborhood, a quiet little community in Escambia County on the west side of Pensacola. I’ll just start by telling you what I believe are the best features of Myrtle Grove, and then we’ll go deeper into the Grove.
Myrtle Grove Has:
1) Affordable homes and real estate
2) A Convenient location
3) A relatively quiet community without a lot of traffic
Myrtle Grove is located in the area of Pensacola that is on the west side of New Warrington Road and south and east of Fairfield drive. A lot of the land in Myrtle Grove is on the Corry Field Technology Training Center, a naval training center that specializes in cryptography.
Between October of 2006 and October 2007, 156 homes were sold in Myrtle Grove. Here are some details on the home sales. Note that this information was obtained from the Pensacola MLS and is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed.
