Weekly Update For Residential Listings
In Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties
Unfortunately, due to problems with some MLS data, I removed the table of Pensacola real estate information from this page. However, this data is available at the following page: Pensacola Real Estate Market Data
The inventory of homes for sale in Pensacola continues to drop. Many sellers who overpriced their homes are taking them off the market. It looks like we had a small surge of home sales in the past week. When I saw 107 homes sold, I had to run the numbers again just to make sure I hadn’t put in some bad search criteria.
Notice how the average price of homes sold dropped significantly from the previous week. Only 6 homes sold over $300,000 and the highest priced home sold was $850,000. There was also a $5000 home sold, so these factors brought the average price down a bit.
