I hope everyone is having a great Pensacola holiday season. As the table shows, it was just another typical week for the Pensacola real estate market. Sales are weak and there are too many overpriced homes on the market. For a while we were seeing a trend towards fewer active listings, but the homes for sale have started to inch up again.
- The table shows the weekly market data for Pensacola residential property.
- These numbers include only residential homes and condominiums in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties that are listed in the Pensacola MLS.
- They do not include vacant land or lots, mobile homes or manufactured homes or FSBOs.
