Weekly Update For Residential Listings
In Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties
I hope everyone had a great Christmas in Pensacola. The holidays are clearly reflected in the table of Pensacola real estate market data for this past week. Notice that the number of new listings and homes sold is very low in comparison to other weeks. This is typical for the holiday season. But we still see the number of total active listings dropping, slowly but surely. This shows that perhaps the trend towards fewer properties on the Pensacola real estate market is continuing.

- These numbers include only residential homes and condominiums in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties that are listed in the Pensacola MLS.
