Welcome to this week’s weekly Pensacola real estate market report. It’s not the welcome I was hoping for. Home sales are still down, coming in at only 55 homes sold for the previous week. The inventory of active homes on the market climbed another 100 from the previous week. And the new listings are coming on the market faster than the older ones are expiring. Pensacola is in a strong buyer’s market, but the buyers do not seem ready to come out and take advantage of the great deals available.
