Bedrooms: 3-4

Waterfront? None
Swimming Pools: Of the Mariner’s Oaks homes for sale currently, only 1 home has a swimming pool.
Foreclosures: Of the homes currently listed for sale in the Pensacola MLS, none are foreclosure properties.
Home Owners Association? Yes. HOA dues appear to vary between $100 and $180 per year, based on MLS info.
NOTE: The average list price in the table does not represent the neighborhood, in my opinion. It is the result of 1 home that is priced higher than the rest, and I’m not sure why this home is so special. If this particular home is taken out of the equation, average list price drops to $171,500.
Average Days On Market of homes sold in the past year was 85. This is lower than many other subdivisions in Pensacola.
The following table shows Pensacola homes for sale in Mariner’s Oaks. The numbers in the table are created using data from the Pensacola MLS and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. These numbers do not include sales by Pensacola FSBOs.
As of February 23, the following homes are for sale in the Mariner’s Oaks subdivision: (Just for fun, can you pick out the unrealistic seller in the table below?)
The overall percentage difference between list and sales price is only 2.7%. This indicates that most Mariner’s Oaks homes sold very close to their list price in the past year.
