I came across a very useful program for all real estate agents, or anyone who works with contracts in PDF form.
It is called PDFescape and it gives you a new way to open PDF files. PDFescape allows you to open your PDF files on the web without downloading or installing any software. You can fill in PDF forms, add text and graphics, add links, and even add new form fields to a PDF file. Best of all, the basic service is free. There are of course advanced services that you have the option to purchase.
