Looks like Pensacola is starting its way to recovery from the lending crisis. That is a great rebound for a week and hopefully the sign of more to come. Conforming loans will also open more sales and FHA levels going up have helped as well. Many are seeing this is the bottom of this ARM set and as we poise for the next one lets get these homes sold is the goal.
