Lillian Woods is located in West Pensacola.  It is not within the Pensacola city limits. Lillian Woods  is accessible from Lillian Highway, just west of Blue Angel Parkway. Lillian Woods  location is convenient to the Perdido Key Florida beaches and local Pensacola military bases Pensacola Naval Air Station, Saufley Field, and Corry Field. Many other popular Pensacola destinations are under 30 minutes from Lillian Woods.

Waterfront? There is a fishing pond in the back of the subdivision for residents to use

Foreclosures: Of the homes currently listed for sale in the Pensacola MLS, none are foreclosure properties.

Average Days On Market of homes sold in the past year was 163 days. This days on market number seems high for this area and type of home. What I found was that 3 of the 6 homes sold in the past year sold in 36 days or less. However, there were 2 homes that took 488 and 272 days to sell. These 2 homes skewed the days on market number so as to make it an unreliable statistic for this subdivision. In other words, if you price a home right in Lillian Woods, it should sell in a reasonable amount of time. I did not see the 2 homes that were on the market for such a long time, so I can’t tell as to why it took so long to sell them.

Rentals: The Pensacola MLS shows 6 homes were rented in Lillian Woods in the past year. Rental rates were between $1000 and $1250. There are currently 2 homes available for rent. The rent for these homes is $1050 and $1200. Square footage is 1800 and 2350, and these homes are both 3 bed and 2 bath.
