Pensacola Real Estate News Subdivision Report For Logan Place In Northwest Pensacola

This article provides a Pensacola real estate market report on the Logan Place subdivision. There is no map available for Logan Place, as it is a brand new subdivision. However, I clipped a map from the area and indicated where Logan Place is on the map by the red thingy. There are many vacant lots still available in Logan Place, and the homes that are currently built are extremely beautiful stucco homes, both in contempory and two-story styles.


Although not common knowledge, I have learned that the builder, Adams Homes, is offering a $10,000 price reduction to buyers on existing homes in Logan Place. This offer is for a limited time (I don’t know exactly how long this offer will be in place. Maybe through April, but don’t quote me on that. You would be better off calling me and letting me see what kind of deal I can get for you.)

Then type Logan Place into the “Subdivision” category and click the “Search Now” button at the bottom of the screen.

Logan Place is located in NorthWest Pensacola.  It is not within the Pensacola city limits. Logan Place  is accessible from Mobile Highway just northwest of the Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds, or southeast of Blue Angel Parkway.

Most popular Pensacola destinations are under 30 minutes from Logan Place.

Swimming Pools: Of the Logan Place homes currently listed for sale in the Pensacola MLS, none had a swimming pool.
Foreclosures: Of the homes currently listed for sale in the Pensacola MLS, none are foreclosure properties.  
Home Owners Association. Yes. HOA fees are $120 per year according to the Pensacola MLS.  

Average Days On Market of homes sold in the past year was 152 days. 

Rentals: The Pensacola MLS does not show any homes rented in Logan Place in the past year, and none are currently listed for rent.
