Shadow Grove is located in West Pensacola.  It is not within the Pensacola city limits. Shadow Grove  is accessible from Saufley Pines Road, just west of Blue Angel Parkway. Shadow Grove  location is convenient to the Perdido Key Florida beaches and local Pensacola military bases Pensacola Naval Air Station, Saufley Field, and Corry Field. Many other popular Pensacola destinations are under 30 minutes from Shadow Grove.

    Very informative on the area and some great options for homeownership. These seem to be very affordable homes and I can see many who may be taking a FHA loan would be interested. I think we will see many people out and looking with the recent FHA update and hope this proves to be a motivation to get buyers out and lookiing at houses.
