Welcome to this week’s weekly Pensacola real estate market report. Pensacola home sales rose a little from the previous week, but overall, there are no significant changes in this market to speak of. I’ll keep posting the weekly reports to keep tabs on the direction the real estate market is moving.     

– The table shows the weekly market data for Pensacola residential property.
– These numbers include only residential homes and condominiums in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties that are listed in the Pensacola MLS.
– They do not include vacant land or lots, mobile homes or manufactured homes or Pensacola FSBOs.
– The numbers above are created using data from the Pensacola MLS and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed

    Pensacola is a beautiful place and I am sure many will soon find this out also.

    Hey Charles, Some agents have been reporting increased activities, but others say it is as dead as ever. I haven’t seen much activity myself, either in phone calls or emails, but that could change at any time.

    I hear that Miami and Sarasota are have been very busy since the first of the year. We are getting calls and have seen increase in March not so much in January and early February.

    I find it interesting as our area just started picking up last few weeks and yours a slight slow down the last few weeks. I guess it’s just different in each area and having a realtor will help you to find the right house and price house you can live with.
