This article provides a Pensacola real estate market report on the Springfield Meadows subdivision. Note that this subdivision is also refered to simply as Springfield, so I will refer to it this way through the rest of this article. What it is called seems to depend upon the entrance that you take into the subdivision.
Springfield has a mix of homes. There are smaller vinyl-sided patio homes, and other homes that have brick front and vinyl sides and rears, and a few all brick homes. It just depends on what area of Springfield you are in. Flintlock and Glenway tend to have the vinyl sided patio homes, while the brick homes tend to be on Brownfield.
