Shepherds Grove Subdivision is a Great Neighborhood if you are looking for Great Schools in the Pensacola Real Estate Market

Of all of the homes available in the Pensacola Real Estate market, the Northwest Pensacola neighborhood of Shepherds Grove may have the best combination of elementary, middle and high schools available.

The Tate High School district has always been considered as being one of the most desirable high school districts in Escambia county. The Nothwest Pensacola Real Estate neighborhood of Soaring is about to start growing again.

D.R. Horton Pensacola has purchased four of the remaining lots to build some large homes  at very competitive prices.

The Indian Lake Sudivision is Unique in Pensacola Real Estate and Northwest Florida

The Indian Lake subdivision being built by D.R. Horton Homes in Pensacola Florida is a pretty unique neighborhood in regards to Northwest Florida real estate because it has two features that most of our new home developments don’t have.

 

The first one, of course, is an actual usable and beautiful private lake that residents can fish and boat in. Although we are blessed to have an abundance of fresh water lakes in our area, nothing  beats having one right in your own neighborhood!

The other unique feature that may be even less common is that the neighborhood has been built on an area of gentle hills that in contrast to the flat topography of most of Florida, gives it a pleasantly different look and feel, compared to the former cow pastures that most builders have chosen to build on for the last few years.

The other very nice feature is that D.R. Horton has decided to build some of their nicest homes in Indian Lake and keep the prices very competitive. Also there is such a wide variety of homes in the neighborhood that it has a very custom look for a very low price. Adams Homes of Northwest Florida is also building here

Even though it feels like you are living in the country, Indian Lake is only about 25 minutes to NAS Corry Station

The only down side of Indian Lake is that, as of the posting of this article, it is nearly built out,so you will need to act quickly if you would like to get a new D.R. Horton Home in Northwest Pensacola.
