Emerald Shores Subdivision Has Great Real Estate Values Near NAS Pensacola

The neighborhoods of Emerald Shores are the closest contemporary homes to the back gate of Pensacola NAS, and within a 10 minute drive of Pensacola Corry Station.

The neighborhood was constructed from the late nineteen nineties
until the present. The homes are mostly all brick, 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 baths with two car garages, in a neighborhood that is well designed to allow no through traffic.

With this location being so close to Pensacola NAS it is a pretty good bet your neighbors will either be Navy, retired Navy or government civil service.

The neighborhood is called “Emerald Shores” for good reason. It is only a ten minute drive to Perdido Key on the Gulf of Mexico, home of some of the most beautiful beaches in the state of Florida.

The Gulf Island National Seashore maintains a recreation facility that includes seven miles of pristine undeveloped white sandy beaches, with great fishing, camping, and hiking opportunities year round. Also, many weekday mornings you can watch the Blue Angel flight demonstration team practice over the beach.
Directly across from the National Seashore lies Big Lagoon State Park where you can find a boat ramp and additional camping and swimming locations.

Perdido Key is also the home of the world Famous Flora-Bama state line bar and grill as well as many other great restaurants.

As you go west across the Alabama state line, you will pass through the beachfront communities of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Alabama, which are resort destinations with dozens of tourist related activities including regular concerts at the Wharf Amphitheatre, where on any given spring or summer weekend
you are likely to see anyone from Willie Nelson, Toby Keith , or Kenny Chesney to classic rock and roll shows like Steely Dan or Journey.
