In a shocking revelation, Davido‘s logistics manager, Israel Afeare, popularly known as Israel DMW, took to Instagram on Saturday to share the disheartening news of the breakdown of his marriage to Sheila Courage.
In a candid and detailed account, Israel DMW disclosed that Sheila Courage departed their home on August 8, 2023, despite his significant support throughout their marital journey. Despite his generosity, including financial support, phone upgrades, and lavish shopping sprees, Israel described a noticeable shift in Sheila’s behavior post-wedding.
He narrated the challenges faced, emphasizing that marrying someone from a Christian background and ensuring her virginity did not guarantee a harmonious union. Israel highlighted accusations from his wife, who claimed he was subservient to his boss, Davido.
“Marrying a lady because you met her during evangelism as a virgin might not guarantee peace at all,” Israel warned, reflecting on the complexities that unfolded after their union. He urged caution in trusting people, emphasizing that individuals can change, proving to be ungrateful and deceptive.
Israel DMW‘s account delved into the dynamics of their relationship, from meeting in February 2022 to navigating challenges post-wedding. The narrative highlighted the twists and turns, including financial support, gift-giving, and the unveiling of Sheila‘s true self after marriage.
Despite the difficulties, Israel DMW maintained that he never resorted to violence and consistently respected his wife. The post shed light on the struggles of their union, touching on societal expectations, changing dynamics, and the influence of social media.
The revelation has sparked reactions across social media platforms, with fans expressing sympathy, concern, and curiosity about the intricacies of celebrity relationships.
