Fulham’s manager, Marco Silva, is actively pursuing a late January deal for Chelsea’s striker, Armando Broja. Despite Chelsea valuing Broja at £50 million, Fulham remains in the race for the Albanian international.

Silva aims to fill the void left by Aleksandar Mitrovic, who departed for Al-Hilal in the summer. Broja, 22, recovering from a knee injury, has started eight matches this season, scoring twice. The inflated asking price reflects the scarcity of strikers in the market, akin to the £72 million Manchester United paid for Rasmus Hojlund.

While nothing has been finalized as of Tuesday morning, West Ham hopes to secure a loan deal, contingent on resolving financial complexities. Efforts to sign teenage forward Ibrahim Osman from Nordsjaelland have stalled, prompting interest from Brighton.
