Biography

Kid Trunks (born July 4, 2000), known by his real name Minh Nguyen, is an up-and-coming rapper and songwriter from Broward County, Florida. A music prodigy from the tender age of 15, he quickly began carving out a name for himself in the rap world, propelled by his creative lyricism and raw talent.

One of his most notable affiliations is with the iconic rap group Members Only, which boasted notable names such as XXXTentacion, Ski Mask, Keith Ape, and Robb Banks. Through this collaboration, he has honed his skills and continued producing evocative and authentic music.

Undoubtedly, one of his most popular releases is IDK, which dropped in 2018 and has since garnered a whopping 15 million views on YouTube. The track’s success is undoubtedly proving the sheer quality of Kid Trunks‘ music, and it continues to resonate with fans across the globe.

However, despite his indisputable talent, his follow-up project, IDK Pt 2, which was released in 2020, failed to gain the same traction, only amassing a modest 400,000 views. It’s the unpredictable nature of the music industry, but Kid Trunks remains determined to keep producing high-quality content that stays true to his artistic vision.

It’s worth noting that he has also had the pleasure of collaborating with Lil Uzi Vert on the track, Ozone. While it was a highly-anticipated release, it was later removed from all streaming platforms, much to the disappointment of his fans.
