Career

While working at home in the kitchen, she faced various difficulties, but she always overcame them with her complete arsenal of experiments.

Cooking has been passed down through several generations. Michela Chiappa used to make pasta recipes and pizza at home that tasted like something from a bakery on special occasions.

This is how she began finding some success in her culinary method, not without formal instruction but through the hard effort she put in as part of her preparation for creating magic with her hands.

These are a few of the compelling reasons she developed her own method of viewing things differently and her perspective on Italian cuisine.

Although she thought the concept of publishing a book with all of her family’s recipes was brilliant, she later turned down an offer to host a TV show for it.

She realized that while she is passionate about cuisine, it is not her line of work. But when circumstances shift, she is equally unprepared for the same.

She says that although her family has left Italy and both of her sisters are professional women, they have nevertheless managed to carry on all the tastes and traditions still present in them.
