Career

Soon enough, Tim Hogarth wanted to start his own antique business. But, unfortunately, he had to withdraw the money he saved from working at a local factory after school to achieve this.
He started first by engaging in market trade before moving to antique fairs, which gave him enough money to open up his shop in Haworth.
After gaining enough experience in his trade, Tim Hogarth often traveled to London to sell antiques in Covent Garden Market located in Portobello Bermondsey. There he became a constant personality selling Art Antiquese to the international client base, to essential and top people of the society such as Princess Margret, Ralph Lauren Valentino, and to mention but a few.
Tim Hogarth‘s business was on the high side in 2006, and to cap it all, he was approached to be a contributing dealer on a newly created TV show titled, Dickson’s Real Deal (DRD). The show was welcomed with pleasure by viewers of all ages and worldwide, giving him celebrity attention.
Following successes recorded in the show, ITV started a spin-off Tv show titled, Secret Dealers with the introduction of real deal dealers. Later on, ITV dropped the presenters and made the 7 most popular dealers stars of the show taking over the roles of the presenter.
Through the new creation, the show made a remarkable success in Australia, and just like Dickson’s Real Deal, it was shown around the world and even got nominated for the category of Best Day Time Show at the Royal TV awards.
In 2015, Tim Hogarth gained the momentum to write his first book, which he titled, The Dazzling Lady Docker. The book is about the biography of the infamous Socialite in the 1950s and spendthrift, who, up to date, is the first and only person to be banned from the city of Monaco in France.
The book sold as a bestseller and featured heavily in several publications Inc Daily Mail and Tatler. The top-rated book is also available on Amazon and sells for $28.
