Von Miller Faces Assault Allegations: Megan Denise Reacts

Buffalo Bills star Von Miller is under legal scrutiny as an arrest warrant has been issued against him by Dallas police, accusing him of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend on November 29. While the girlfriend’s identity remains undisclosed, it is known that she shares two children with Miller.
Megan Denise, the mother of Miller‘s two sons, has protected her online space by turning off comments on her Instagram page amidst the unfolding legal situation. The couple welcomed their first son, Valor Miller, on August 16, 2021, and their second, Victory Miller, on February 7, 2023.
Denise‘s action on social media follows an arrest warrant that alleges Miller assaulted the woman, who is reported to be six weeks pregnant. The affidavit includes a photo of a positive pregnancy test and text messages discussing the child’s due date and a forthcoming doctor’s appointment.
Charges of assaulting a pregnant woman in Texas are classified as a third-degree felony. The Buffalo Bills issued a statement acknowledging the incident and mentioned they are gathering more information.
Miller turned himself into Glenn Heights Police and posted a $5000 bond, subsequently being released. The arrest warrant details an argument over travel plans escalating to a physical altercation, with Miller allegedly pushing, shoving, and applying pressure to the woman’s neck.
While the legal process unfolds, it’s important to note that this is not Miller‘s first encounter with legal scrutiny. In 2021, he faced an investigation in Colorado over disturbing texts leaked by Denise. The messages contained troubling content, but the district attorney’s office did not pursue charges.
The recent incident raises questions about the dynamics of Miller‘s personal life, and further details are expected to emerge as the legal proceedings progress.
