What transpired with Mike, the mouse in sing 2
Emily Sparks
Mike the Mouse was a lovable character in the animated movie Sing, released in 2016. However, fans were disappointed to find out he will not be making an appearance in the sequel, Sing 2.
According to the movie’s creators, they wanted to focus on new characters and storylines, and unfortunately, Mike’s character did not fit into their vision for the sequel.
Some fans were disappointed that Mike was not included in the sequel, as he was a beloved character in the first film.
However, the absence of Mike did not take away from the overall success of Sing 2, which still received positive reviews and was a box office hit.
The creators may have wanted to focus on new characters and plotlines or have had a different vision for the sequel. Regardless, many still enjoyed the film, a successful addition to the Sing franchise.
Who is Mike from ‘Sing?’
Mike’s facade starts to crumble as he genuinely cares about the other contestants and forms friendships with them.
He realizes there is more to life than money and fame, and he learns the value of true friendship and teamwork.
By the movie’s end, Mike has transformed into a kind and supportive friend, showing that people can change for the better.
What happened to Mike in ‘Sing 2?’
These theories are merely speculation and have not been confirmed by the film’s creators.
Therefore, Mike’s absence may be due to creative choices or scheduling conflicts. It is important to avoid jumping to conclusions and instead wait for the creators’ official explanations.
On the other hand, some believe that Mike’s death in the movie was due to gang rape. This theory has gained traction due to a Reddit post that shared a screenshot of a Google search claiming director Garth Jennings said Mike was gang-raped.
However, it is highly unlikely that a PG movie would include such a dark and disturbing plot point.
Furthermore, the authenticity of the Reddit post is questionable as it could have been easily photoshopped.
